47 Payment by the Treasurer
(1)
The
Treasurer must pay to the Trust from the Consolidated Account (which is appropriated to the necessary extent) the amount determined under section 46 that will be required by the Trust for the relevant contribution year.
(2)
The amount must be paid—
(a)
in respect of the 2000/2001 contribution year—in such instalments and on or before such dates as are agreed by the Minister and the
Treasurer;
(b)
in respect of all other contribution years—in equal quarterly instalments on or before the first days of October, January, April and July in the relevant year.
