84 Conduct on board vessels
(1)
A person who behaves in an offensive or disorderly manner while on board a vessel is guilty of an offence.
Maximum penalty: $1 250.
(2)
A person who molests a passenger or a member of the crew of a vessel is guilty of an offence.
Maximum penalty: $1 250.
(3)
If the conduct of a person on board a vessel threatens the safety of the vessel or disrupts good order on the vessel, the person in charge of the vessel, or a person acting on the authority of the person in charge of the vessel, may exercise reasonable force to restrain that person.
