22 Annual report
(1)
A
HAC must, within 3 months after the end of each financial year, deliver to the Minister a report on the operations of the HAC during that financial year.
(2)
The report must incorporate the audited accounts and financial statements of the HAC for the financial year (if relevant).
(3)
The
Minister must, within 12 sitting days after the receipt of a report under this section, cause a copy of the report to be laid before both Houses of Parliament.
(4)
This section only applies to a HAC that is not incorporated under this
Act if the rules of the HAC declare that this section will apply to the HAC.
