76 Interpretation
In this Part—
prescribed entity means—
(a)
a hospital or health centre incorporated under the repealed Act; or
(b)
an entity incorporated under another Act which performs functions related to the provision of a health service, other than a private hospital; or
(c)
an entity incorporated under this Act, but does not include any entity excluded from the ambit of this definition by the regulations.
