104 Notice of decision to be given to applicant
As soon as practicable after making the decision under section 102, the National Board must—
give the applicant written notice of the Board's decision; and
if the Board decides to endorse the applicant's registration, give the applicant a new certificate of registration.
If the Board decides not to endorse the applicant's registration or decides to endorse the applicant's registration subject to a condition, the notice under subsection (1)(a) must state—
the reasons for the decision; and
that the applicant may appeal against the decision; and
how an application for appeal may be made and the period within which the application must be made.
