17 Access to seized things
(1)
Until a seized thing is forfeited or returned, an inspector must allow its owner to inspect it and, if it is a document, to copy it or take an extract from it.
(2)
Subclause (1) does not apply if it is impracticable or would be unreasonable to allow the inspection, copying or taking of an extract.
