198A Application for reinstatement order
(1)
A disqualified person may apply to a responsible tribunal for a reinstatement order.
(2)
For the purposes of subsection (1), the appropriate responsible tribunal for an application for a reinstatement order is the responsible tribunal for the participating jurisdiction in which the decision that resulted in the person becoming a disqualified person was made.
