23 National Agency
(1)
The
Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency is established.
(2)
The
National Agency—
(a)
is a body corporate with perpetual succession; and
(b)
has a common seal; and
(c)
may sue and be sued in its corporate name.
(3)
The
National Agency represents the State.
(4)
Schedule 3 sets out provisions relating to the National Agency.
