232 Record of adjudication decisions to be kept and made publicly available
(1)
A
National Board is to keep and publish on its website a record of decisions made by—
(a)
panels established by the Board; and
(b)
responsible tribunals that relate to registered health practitioners or students registered in a health profession for which the Board is established.
(2)
The record is to be kept—
(a)
in a way that does not identify persons involved in the matter, unless the decision was made by a responsible tribunal and the hearing was open to the public; and
(b)
otherwise in the way decided by the National Board.
