260 Chief executive officer
The person who, immediately before the commencement day, held office as chief executive officer of the Australian Health Practitioner
Regulation Agency under the repealed Law is taken, from the commencement day, to have been appointed as the chief executive officer of the National Agency under this Law on the same terms and conditions that applied to the person's appointment under the repealed Law.
