296 Records relating to registration and accreditation
(1)
This section applies to a record of a local registration authority for a health profession in a participating jurisdiction that relates to the authority's functions in relation to the following—
(a)
the registration of individuals;
(b)
complaints and notifications about, and proceedings against, individuals who are or were registered;
(c)
accreditation of courses that qualify individuals for registration.
(2)
From the transfer day for the participating jurisdiction, the record is taken to be a record of the National Board for the health profession.
