307 Establishment of Paramedicine Board
(1)
The
Paramedicine Board of Australia is established as a National Health
Practitioner Board for the health profession of paramedicine.
(2)
The
Board—
(a)
is a body corporate with perpetual succession; and
(b)
has a common seal; and
(c)
may sue and be sued in its corporate name.
(3)
The
Board represents the State.
(4)
This section applies until the Board is continued in force by a regulation made under section 31.
