328 Application for reinstatement order
(1)
This section applies if, immediately before the commencement of this section—
(a)
a person was disqualified from applying for registration as a registered practitioner for a specified period; and
(b)
the period has not yet ended.
(2)
The person cannot apply under section 198A for a reinstatement order until the specified period has ended.
