37 Delegation of functions

(1)

A

National Board may delegate any of its functions, other than this power of delegation, to—

(a)

a committee; or

(b)

the

National Agency; or

(c)

a member of the staff of the National Agency; or

(d)

a person engaged as a contractor by the National Agency.

(2)

The

National Agency may subdelegate any function delegated to the

National Agency by a National Board to a member of the staff of the

National Agency.
