43 Complaints being dealt with on participation day
For the purposes of proceedings under section 289 of the Health
Practitioner Regulation National Law (South Australia), the responsible tribunal may deal with a matter as if it were a tribunal or other adjudication authority under a repealed Act (and section 289 will be modified accordingly).
