45 Pharmacies and pharmacy depots
(1)
Premises registered as a pharmacy under the Pharmacy
Practice Act 2007 immediately before the commencement of this clause will, on that commencement, be taken to be registered as a pharmacy under this
Act.
(2)
Premises registered as a pharmacy depot under the Pharmacy
Practice Act 2007 immediately before the commencement of this clause will, on that commencement, be taken to be registered as a pharmacy depot under this Act.
