63 Operation of order may be suspended
(1)
If an order has been made by the Authority, and the Authority or the
Tribunal is satisfied that an application for review of the decision has been made, or is intended, the Authority or the Tribunal (as the case requires) may suspend the operation of the order until the determination of the review.
(2)
If the Authority has suspended the operation of an order under subsection (1), the Authority may terminate the suspension, and if the Tribunal has done so, the Tribunal may terminate the suspension.
