77L Exemption

(1)

The

Minister may, by notice in writing, exempt a specified person, or a specified class of persons, from the operation of a provision or provisions of this Part.

(2)

An exemption may be conditional or unconditional.

(3)

The

Minister may, by notice in writing, vary or revoke an exemption for any reason the Minister thinks fit.
