8 Interpretation

In this Part—

relevant authority means—

(a)

a member of the Tribunal; or

(b)

the

Registrar of the Tribunal; or

(c)

any other officer authorised under section 40(5)(c) of the South

Australian Civil and Administrative Tribunal Act 2013 to issue summonses.
