83 Review of Part 3
(1)
The
Minister must, as soon as practicable after the third anniversary of the commencement of this Act, cause a review to be carried out on the operation of Part
3.
(2)
The review must be completed within 6 months after it is initiated.
(3)
The
Minister must, within 12 sitting days after receiving a report on the outcome of the review, have copies of the report laid before both Houses of Parliament.
