84 Notice to be given to applicant

(1)

Within

30 days after making the decision under section 82, the National Board must—

(a)

give the applicant written notice of the Board's decision; and

(b)

if the Board decides to register the applicant, give the applicant a certificate of registration.

(2)

If the Board decides not to register the applicant, or decides to register the applicant in a type of registration other than the registration applied for or subject to a condition, the notice under subsection (1)(a) must state—

(a)

the reasons for the decision; and

(b)

that the applicant may appeal against the decision; and

(c)

how an application for appeal may be made and the period within which the application must be made.
