3 Interpretation
In these regulations, unless the contrary intention appears—
Act means the Heritage Places Act 1993;
business day means any day except—
(a)
Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday; or
(b)
any other day which falls between 25 December in any year and 1 January in the following year.
