39I Power to enter and temporarily occupy land
(1)
For the purpose of—
(a)
determining whether land is suitable for use for a proposed authorised project;
or
(b)
carrying out an authorised project, an authorised person may exercise the powers conferred by Part 5 of the
Land
Acquisition Act 1969.
(2)
The
Crown is liable for any compensation payable in respect of the exercise of those powers.
