19 Arrangements for Commonwealth authorities to perform functions in relation to historic shipwrecks and relics
The Governor may make arrangements with the Governor-General of the
Commonwealth for the performance of functions by a competent authority of the
Commonwealth in relation to the protection, recovery, preservation and exhibition of historic shipwrecks and historic relics.
