20 Owner of residential premises may seek reimbursement of costs and expenses from other owners

The Tribunal may, on application by an owner of residential premises who has been issued with a housing assessment order, housing improvement order or housing demolition order and who has incurred costs and expenses in carrying out the requirements of the order or reimbursing the

Minister for action taken in pursuance of the order, make an order for payment of the whole or a portion of the costs and expenses, as the Tribunal considers appropriate, against one or more other owners of the premises.
