30 Regulations
The
Governor may make such regulations as are contemplated by this Act, or as are necessary or expedient for the purposes of this Act.
Without limiting the generality of subsection (1), the regulations may—
prescribe fees or charges in respect of any matter under this Act and provide for the payment, recovery, reduction or waiver of fees or charges (including fees payable under another provision of this Act); and
be of general, limited or varied application according to any specified factor to which the regulation is expressed to apply; and
provide that a matter or thing in respect of which regulations may be made is to be determined according to the discretion of the Minister or the Chief Executive.
