Division 3Preparation of additional infrastructure strategies, statements or plans
26 Preparation
(1)
In addition to the preparation of the 20‑year State
Infrastructure Strategy and the Statement of Capital Intentions,
Infrastructure SA—
(a)
may, from time to time, on its own initiative; and
(b)
must, on the request of the Minister, prepare other strategies, statements or plans relating to infrastructure in the State.
(2)
A strategy, statement or plan that has been requested by the
Minister must be prepared and submitted to the Minister within such time as the
Minister directs.
