Duty of sheriff to prepare annual jury lists

(1)

The sheriff must, before 31 December in each year, prepare an annual jury list for each jury district in accordance with this

Part.

(2)

The Electoral Commissioner must give to the sheriff all such assistance in preparing the annual jury lists and jury panels under this Act as the sheriff may reasonably require.
