Schedule 1Transitional provisions
1 Transitional provision
If a person supplies, to another person, a worker to do work for the other person within 6 months after the commencement of this Act, the person is taken not to be a provider of labour hire services in relation to the supply until—
(a)
after the expiry of 6 months after that commencement;
or
(b)
if the person applies for a licence within 6 months after that commencement—the day the application is decided, whichever is the later.
