24 Return of evidence of suspended or cancelled licence

(1)

If a licence is suspended or cancelled under a provision of this

Act, the Commissioner may require the holder of the licence to return any evidence of the licence issued to the person within 14 days after receiving notice of the suspension or cancellation.

(2)

A person who fails to comply with a requirement of the Commissioner under subsection (1) is guilty of an offence. Maximum penalty: Maximum penalty: $4 000.
