28 Application to change responsible person
The holder of a licence may apply to the Commissioner to—
remove a person as a responsible person for the licence;
and
appoint another individual as a responsible person for the licence.
An application under subsection (1) must be accompanied by—
the information required by the Commissioner to determine the application; and
the prescribed fee.
The Commissioner may approve the application if—
the Commissioner has complied with the requirements of section 31; and
the Commissioner is satisfied that the proposed appointee is suitable for appointment as a responsible person.
If the Commissioner approves the application, the Commissioner must update the register to record the change to the licence details.
