17 Appointment of temporary manager
(1)
Where an administrator is appointed under this Division, the
Commissioner may appoint that person or some other person to be a temporary manager to transact any urgent or uncompleted business of the agent.
(2)
The Commissioner must, as soon as practicable after appointing a temporary manager, give notice in writing of the appointment to the agent.
