Part 2Registration and management of agent's business
8 Annual fee and return
For the purposes of section 9(2) of the Act, a registered person must pay the fee and lodge the return on or before—
(a)
the last day of the month in each year nominated in writing to the person by the Commissioner; or
(b)
if the Commissioner does not nominate a month—the last day of the month in each year that is the same month as the month in which the person's registration was granted.
