17 Service of vendor's statement etc
A vendor's statement, a notice of amendment to a vendor's statement or a certificate of an agent acting on behalf of a purchaser may be served on a purchaser—
(a)
by delivering it to the person personally; or
(b)
by posting it by registered post to the person at the person's last known address.
