32 Exemptions
(1)
The Minister may, on application by a person, exempt the person from compliance with a specified provision of this
Act.
(2)
An exemption is subject to the conditions (if any) imposed by the
Minister.
(3)
The Minister may, at his or her discretion, vary or revoke an exemption.
(4)
The grant or a variation or revocation of an exemption must be notified in the Gazette.
