16 Control or quarantining of a plant or animal
A notice of the Minister under section 187 of the repealed
Act, and in effect immediately before the designated day under
Schedule 5 clause 101 of the Act, will continue to have effect as if it had been made under the corresponding section of the Act (and may be varied or revoked by the Minister under the Act).
