Commencement

In force

Subject to subregulation (2), these regulations come into operation on the day on which they are made.

(2)

The following regulations come into operation on 1 July 2022:

(a)

regulation 4(1)(i) and (2);

(b)

Part 3 to Part 6 (inclusive);

(c)

regulations 32 and 33;

(d)

regulations 35, 36 and 37;

(e)

regulations 39, 40 and 41.
