38 Details for service of notices
For the purposes of Schedule 4 clause 19 of the Act—
the Minister may serve or give a notice to a person in connection with the operation or administration of the register by using the contact details supplied by the person and recorded on the register (and without being required to determine whether those details are up‑to‑date);
and
if a notice is sent by post or email to an address recorded on the register and the relevant letter or email is returned with a notification that it has not been delivered, the Minister may, as the Minister thinks fit—
direct any further notice to be given; or
direct substituted service; or
proceed without notice under these regulations.
