6 Application to alter details on register
(1)
A person may apply to the Minister for an alteration to be made to the register—
(a)
to record any dealing, transaction or other action or circumstance that affects information registered or recorded on the register;
or
(b)
otherwise to change any information on the register.
(2)
An application under subregulation (1)—
(a)
must be in a form approved by the Minister; and
(b)
must be accompanied by the prescribed fee.
(3)
The Minister may give effect to the application if satisfied (in such manner as the Minister thinks fit) that the alteration should be made.
