13 Trust money and trust accounts
(1)
The provisions of
Schedule 2, and any other provisions of this Act, the regulations or any legal profession rule relating to requirements for trust money and trust accounts, apply (subject to this clause) to Australian-registered foreign lawyers in the same way as they apply to Australian legal practitioners.
(2)
In this clause, a reference to money is not limited to a reference to money in this jurisdiction.
(3)
The regulations may make provision with respect to the application (with or without modification) of the provisions of this Act relating to trust money and trust accounts for the purposes of this clause.
