33 Designation of external examiners
(1)
The Society may, in writing, designate persons (referred to in this
Division as designated persons) as being eligible to be appointed as external examiners.
(2)
Only designated persons may be appointed as external examiners.
(3)
An employee or agent of the Society may be a designated person.
(4)
The Society may revoke a person's designation under this clause.
