45 Persons to be notified of application
(1)
The
Supreme Court may cause a copy of an application for adjudication of legal costs to be given to any law practice or client concerned or any other person whom the Court thinks it appropriate to notify.
(2)
A person who is notified by the Supreme Court under subclause (1)—
(a)
is entitled to participate in the adjudication process; and
(b)
is taken to be a party to the adjudication; and
(c)
if the Court so determines, is bound by the adjudication.
