46 Appeal against appointment of supervisor or manager
(1)
A legal practitioner or former legal practitioner may, within 28 days after the appointment of a supervisor or manager, appeal to the Supreme
Court against the appointment.
(2)
On an appeal under this section the Supreme Court may confirm or annul the appointment.
