49 Register of locally registered foreign lawyers
(1)
The Society must keep a register of the names of locally registered foreign lawyers.
(2)
The register must—
(a)
state the conditions (if any) imposed on a foreign lawyer's registration; and
(b)
include other particulars prescribed by the regulations.
(3)
The register may be kept in the way the Society decides.
(4)
The register must be available for inspection, without charge, at a place determined by the Society during normal business hours or at an Internet site maintained by the Society.
