90A Annual reports
The Commissioner and the Tribunal must each, on or before 31
October in each year, prepare and present to the Attorney-General and the Chief
Justice a report on their proceedings for the last financial year.
A report must contain—
a statement of the nature of the matters subject to investigation or inquiry; and
information as to case management, and the number of uncompleted matters outstanding at the end of the financial year; and
such other information as the Attorney-General may require.
The Attorney-General must, within 12 sitting days after receiving a report from the Commissioner or the Tribunal under this section, cause copies of the report to be laid before both Houses of
Parliament.
