24 Bills introduced before commencement of section 19
(1)
Despite section 19, section headings to amending provisions do not form part of an Act if the Bill for that Act was introduced in either House of
Parliament before the commencement of section 19 (regardless of whether the Bill passes the Parliament, or comes into operation, after the commencement of section 19).
(2)
In this clause—
amending provision of an Act means a provision of an Act that amends another Act.
