Further repeal—Local Government Act 1934

In force

The Governor may, by proclamation—

(a)

suspend the repeal of specified provisions of the Local Government Act 1934 which would otherwise be repealed by the operation of another provision of this Act until a subsequent day fixed in the proclamation, or until a day to be fixed by subsequent proclamation;

(b)

repeal specified provisions of the Local Government Act 1934 (in addition to the provisions repealed by this Act);

(c)

if or when satisfied that it is appropriate to do so—repeal the Local Government Act 1934.
