10A Minor civil actions
The jurisdiction of the Court to hear and determine minor civil actions is to be exercised—
(a)
subject to paragraph (b), by the Civil (Minor Claims)
Division;
(b)
in the case of minor civil actions falling within a statutory jurisdiction specifically assigned to the Civil (Consumer and Business)
Division, by that Division.
