7 Divisions of Court
(1)
The Court is divided into the following Divisions:
(a)
the Civil (General Claims) Division;
(b)
the Civil (Consumer and Business) Division;
(c)
the Civil (Minor Claims) Division;
(d)
the Criminal Division;
(da)
the Nunga Court Division;
(e)
the Petty Sessions Division.
(2)
The Court is, in its Criminal Division, a court of summary jurisdiction.
