16 Minister may authorise non-commercial use of official logo or official title
(1)
For the purposes of this Division, the Minister may, after consulting with the event organiser for a major event to which this Division is declared to apply, by notice in writing, authorise a person to use for non‑commercial use an official logo or official title in respect of the event.
(2)
The Minister must cause the event organiser of the major event in respect of which the Minister has given an authority under subsection (1) to be given notice of the authorisation.
